Hanjung ferry steps into twice a week service in Incheon/Yantian
An additional vessel from Hanjung Ferry, slated for deployment in the current Incheon / Yantai trade, has been operating a weekly service. After finishing the operation system between Hanjung Ferry Co., a Korean company, and China and Korea Ferry Lines (C&K Ferry Lines), a joint Korean/ Chinese company , Hangjung Ferry will add one more vessel from April 12, 2001 launching cargo collections and passenger services.
The "Ziyulan" has called in Incheon every Tuesday, and now the newly deployed "Arafura Lily" will depart Incheon every Thursday, and enter Incheon every Saturday.
These increased operations might satisfy customer needs for on-time transportation and add regular passengers, expects a source at Hanjung Ferry. He also said that this trade, Incheon/Yantai might be increased to three times a week, depending upon cargo and passenger increases.
