PIL Partners with Celonis and WNS to Expand Process Intelligence Centre of Excellence

Pacific International Lines (PIL), one of the world’s largest shipping container companies, has partnered Celonis, the global leader in Process Intelligence, and WNS, part of Capgemini, to expand its global Process Intelligence Centre of Excellence (CoE), accelerating PIL’s digital transformation across 90 countries.
 
Headquartered in Singapore, PIL operates a fleet of more than 100 container vessels, requiring high visibility across diverse global routes. PIL is using the Celonis Platform to create a dynamic, real-time digital twin of its operations, giving teams across the organization the ability to understand exactly how the processes are applied and where to improve.
 
WNS, a global leader in intelligent operations and transformation for the shipping and logistics industry, brings its shipping domain expertise to the CoE, helping embed Celonis’ unique capabilities across PIL’s systems. Together, PIL expects to unlock:
- End-to-end visibility across global shipping workflows, from customer-facing operations to back-office processes
- Faster identification and resolution of operational inefficiencies through process standardization across trade operations
- A foundation for AI-driven automation, enabling smarter, more resilient operations at scale
