Busan Port promotion activity at World Ocean Forum 2008

BPA actively promoted Busan Port at World Ocean Forum 2008, which was held under the title of Toward the Future of Wealth in the New Ocean era on November 11 and 12 at Busan Lotte Hotel.

BPA President, Rho Ki-tae took part in the opening ceremony and held a luncheon party on November 11, during which he briefed about the North East hub port, Busan Port and development vision. On November 12, he presided over session Ⅲ, "Future Vision for a powerful maritime country", presenting relevant topics.

Apart from the president's efforts, BPA set up a booth for public relation to keep participants informed of Busan Port current status, North Port Redevelopment Project and Busan New Port and its Distri-park construction. <Korea Shipping Gazette>
