HMM services a new rail between Budapest and Hamburg
Hyundai Merchant Marine announced a new rail service between Budapest (BILK) and Hamburg.
The Danube Express rail service will link Hungary to HMM services calling via Hamburg and ports including but not limited to Busan, Kaohsuing, Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, Yantian, Tokyo and Kobe.
Peter Livey, Head of Logistics for HMM Europe said, import and export customers wanted swift, ecological and economical service options. I believe we have delivered with this new express container service.
This weekly service, commencing on August 26th from Hamburg, and August 28th from Budapest, will enhance existing door to door land and ocean services for HMM customers.
