MOL Joins Korea - Haiphong Service

MOL(Mitsui O.S.K.Lines) announced that it will start offering a Korea-Haiphong (Vietnam) service through a space-charter agreement with Heung-A Shipping Co., Ltd. The service, in response to increasing customer demand in the Korea-Vietnam trade, will come into effect in beginning October.
Two 1,000 TEU size container ships will be used for this service, which will call at Pusan (Fri/Fri), Hong Kong (Mon/Tue), and Haiphong (Wed/Thu).
This service will enable us to operate more competitively in the region, and make our transit times from Pusan to Haiphong for only 5days.
The new service will commence with the M/V Mare Doricum, which will sail from Pusan on 3 October.
