Asiana Ace chooses Incheon Port

Asiana Ace of Asiana Line, a Japanese shipping company, called at the 4th berth of Incheon Port on October 24. This is the first calling of the container liner service since Incheon Port Authority (IPA) was founded.

Asiana Ace entered the port with 50 TEU of precision instruments. The precision instruments transported by Asiana Line are very delicate and easily damaged but arrived safely.

Asiana Line selected Incheon port as their new calling port because the port water level doesn't change and it's possible to stevedore without any shock that might damage delicate cargoes.

IPA held a welcome ceremony for the first calling of Asiana Ace on October 24.

Asiana Line operates from Incheon to Tokyo with two vessels deployed in the route.
