IILC holds completion ceremony
IILC (Inchon International Logistics Center) held a completion ceremony on Apr. 4 and began operations.
In the ceremony, Jung-Seop Song, CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of IILC, In-Hwan Kim, Chairman of KIFFA (Korea International Freight Forwarder Association), and Jae-Hee, Lee, CEO of Inchon International Airport, attended the ceremony with another hundred business people interested in the new center.
The new IILC spans 79,000㎣?with a gross area of 49,000㎣? It will handle transshipment cargoes (30,000 tonnes) as well as import and export air cargoes (12,000 tonnes) weekly.
The center will be used by investors from 41 domestic logistics companies like Maxpeed, Samyoung Express, and Sungil Transportation, as well as by 7 foreign companies including ABX Haeyoung Korea, Scanwell, and Exel.
