Emirates enters the Intra Asia market with NIS service

Emirates Shipping Line recently announced its participation as a vessel provider in the NIS service alongside Hyundai Merchant Marine (HMM) and STX Pan Ocean (STX), with its first sailing on May 21st, 2011 from the Korean port of Incheon.

The NIS service provides one of the fastest services from Inchon to Ho Chi Minh City in 9 days and to Jakarta in 14 days and is a key differentiator of service in this competitive market place.
