Note to the trade "Asia / Republic of Congo"

The National Shippers' Council of the Republic of Congo (Le Conseil Congolais de Chargeurs or "CCC" de la Republique du Congo) informs all agents/liners/shippers/consignees/etc. that according to the Ministerial Order 98-39 (art. 7) dd. 29 January 1998 signed by the Minister of Transport, Civil Aviation & Mercantile Marine, a "Cargo Identification Note" (Bordereau D'Identification des Cargaisons) or "CIN" must be attached to any Bill of Lading covering cargo bound to the Republic of Congo. The Ministerial Order is applicable for all cargoes originating from Asia. The CIN can only be issued by the CCC agent in the country of origin.
