Swire shipping include to Busan port in Asia-Australia service

Swire Shipping is delighted to announce the expansion of its network to/from North Asia to Australia and Papua New Guinea with the inclusion of a monthly direct port call of Busan. This service enhancement provides Korean exporters and importers with a new direct service for general containers, reefer containers, dry bulk, general break bulk and project break-bulk cargoes to/from the Australian East Coast and Port Moresby. Furthermore the Busan port call will provide additional multi-purpose cargo solutions for cargoes originating from or destined to all other regional destinations serviced by Swire Shipping.

The Asia Pacific Australasia Service deploys 3 x 31,000MT vessels including two new generation CNCo S Class vessels with lifting capability up to 120MT and one heavy lift vessel with lifting capability of up to 200MT which specifically caters for the project break-bulk market.   

The Busan call will commence from the MV Shuntien v.1405N / 1408S ETA 7 th August 2014 and will continue to be offered on a monthly basis.
