[ Agent’s Association appoints Australian member ]

The Association of International Shipping Agents, AISA, has linked up
with Patrick Sleigh Shipping Agencies to bring Australian into AISA’s
worldwide network of agency group.
AISA offers the shipping industry a single point of entry for agency s
ervices and information on all the world’s major ports and markets.
The association has six members, all regional companies and each with
a long history and reputation for expertise in its own part of the wor
ld.
Patrick Sleigh Shipping Agencies has its own offices throughout Austra
lia, handling over three thousand vessel calls each year at thirty eig
ht ports nationwide. With customers in the liner, tanker and bulk sect
ors, Patrick Sleigh is typical of the Aisa membership, all of whom are
long established agency companies, each placing strong emphasis on lo
cal knowledge.
