Korea Express Establishes a Cooperative Agreement with Alamo

It will be getting more convenient to use rental cars in Korea and abr
oad.
Korea Express announced on June 25 that it had formed an agreement wit
h Alamo, a international rental car company, and started combined serv
ice on June 26.
It will help consumers to use rental cars abroad as soon as they arriv
e in foreign country, by making reservations at home. With this cooper
ative effort, customers of Korea Express and Alamo, can use Korea Expr
ess rental cars in Korea and Alamo cars in abroad.
This contract is significant in that Korea Express will participate an
equal basis with Alamo without paying royalties for the use of the Al
amo trade mark. Through this agreement, Korea Express is paving the wa
y to expand its rental car business overseas as well as in the domesti
c market.
Korea Express rental cars has 3,000 cars in 30 locations around the co
untry.
