Agency fees for reefer carrier adjusted a bit higher

From this year, agency fees for refrigerated vessels are being broken down and raised a bit, said the International Shipping Agencies Association of Korea.

The board of directors agreed on the issue that agency fees for refrigerated vessels will be applied to 3 levels, vessels under 100 thousand CUFT capacity, those from 100 thousand to 200 thousand CUFT capacity, and those above 200 CUFT capacity.

For the first category, a $1,380 agency fee will be applied, $2,100 for the second, and $3,100 for the last. ISAAK said that this increase accounts for low level settings compared to other types of vessel agency fees.
