KL-Net to be listed on KOSDAQ this December

KL-Net passed a preliminary examination October 17 for KOSDAQ registration.

KL-Net, a joint venture company pushing ahead as a total logistic service company, will be listed on the KOSDAQ around this December. It applied to be listed on the KOSDAQ in part to run the company transparently through the corporation's public offerings.

KL-Net, a government initiated company launched in 1994, was founded with investment from 40 logistics-related companies, including sea-carriers, land-transportation companies, shipping agencies and logistic companies.

KL-Net showed 11.49 billion won in revenues and 1.04 billion won in net profits in the first half of this year. It is preparing for diverse new business services such as an XML/EDI solution and overseas markets expansion.
