Hupac launches”Antwerp Shuttle”

Hupac, a Swiss combined transport operator, has launched a new rail sh
uttle between the Port of Antwerp and Basle. The Basle centre offers s
ervices not only to destinations in Switzerland but also in Italy (via
Busto Arsizio and Rome) and Spain (via Perpignan). A train leaves Ant
werp twice a day and five days a week from the Muisbroek Terminal oper
ated by Antwerp Combined Terminals(ACT) at the Churchill Dock(berth 46
8). Transit times to Basle are depart day A and arrive day B. Using th
e same notation the transit time for Busto Arsizio and Perpignan is A/
C and A/D for Rome. The shuttle offers capacity for 80 TEU.
