Korean Air Lines is stepping into the "Cargo 2000" project, an alliance for airliners and forwarding businesses to supply cooperative systems and services.
The Cargo 2000 operators have set up clear strategies to provide efficient services and improve transportation procedures. This project develops systems to unify, automate, and standardize transportation processes.
At present, Cargo 2000 consists of 25 companies involving 14 airliners, including American Airlines and Air Canada, and 11 forwarding companies, including Panalpina and Baltrans.
