CYL resumes service to Japan
Choyang Line, filing for court receivership, is slated to reshuffle its Japan service at the end of June or early July. The Japan service was stopped for a month.
CYL revealed June 12 that at the end of June or early July it would deploy the 'Korean Pearl' and 'Korean Master' having cooperated in the trade.
According to the plan, the 'Korean Pearl' will serve in Yokohama, Tokyo, and Nagoya, and the 'Korean Master' in Kobe and Osaka.
An official at CYL said, "We are trying to resume Korea / Japan services as soon as possible. We are now considering deploying our own vessels as well as chartered ones." Their China services are continuing with the chartered vessel, 'Jin Man Yang'.
Meanwhile, the court receivership of Choyang will be decided upon by June 25.
