[ DCL Announces New Corporate Appointments ]

Direct Container Line, Inc.(DCL), the leading US NVOCC, announced the
restructuring of the company’s management to properly plan for its co
ntinued growth, and to acquire the focus necessary to develop existing
and new service ventures.
Appointments include: Mr. Mike Dye-Vice President US Sales, Mr. Andrew
Scott-Vice President Business Development, Mr. Bruce Ericson and Mr.
John Will-Vice Presidents National Accounts, Mr. Malcolm Gregory-Vice
President FCL Services, Mr. Alan Ruben-Chief Financial Officer.
In announcing the changes to DCL’s management structure, Mr. Owen Gle
nn, DCL’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, commented that DCL’s
position in the marketplace has “never been stronger. The focused sk
ills and experience of this management team will bring continued succe
ss and growth to DCL.”

ffers complete ocean freight services to more than 325 worldwide desti
nations. DCL has been awarded the Presidents “E “ and “E Star” cit
ations by the US Department of Commerce, in recognition of its work pr
omoting US exports. The company also received the Smithsonian Institut
e Award for development of software for specialized use in the ocean f
reight industry.
