Slot exchange between Hanjin and "K"Line in Asia/Europe service
Hanjin Shipping Company Ltd. (Hanjin), Seoul, announced its slot exchange arrangement with Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd. ("K"Line), Tokyo, in Asia/Europe Services, effective March, 2001.
This new slot exchange arrangement will allow Hanjin to exchange space between "K"Line's Japan & Asia/Europe Service and Hanjin's CEX Service(China/Europe Express Service), which enables Hanjin and "K"Line to offer more frequency and broader scope of services to their customers.
Calling ports of each service are as follows:
Hanjin CEX Service(9 x 2700-3300teu)
Xingang(Sun/Mon) - Qingdao(Tue/Wed) - Shanghai(Thu/Sat) - Hong Kong(Mon/Tue) - Singapore(Fri/Sat) - Hamburg(Thu/Fri) - Rotterdam(Sat/Sun) - Felixstowe(Sun/Mon) - Singapore(Sat/Sun) - Hong Kong(Wed/Thu) - Xingang(Sun)
"K"Line Japan&Asia/Europe Service(8 x 3500teu)
Kobe(Wed/Thu) - Nagoya(Thu/Fri) - Tokyo(Fri/Sat) - Yantian(Tue/Tue) - Hong Kong(Wed/Wed) - Singapore(Sat/Sat) - P.Said(Tue/Wed) - Rotterdam(Tue/Wed) - Felixstowe(Wed/Thu) - Bremerhaven(Fri/Fri) - Le Havre(Sat/Sun) - P.Said(Sat/Mon) - Singapore(Thu/Thu) - Hong Kong(Sun/Mon) - Kobe(Wed)
Hanjin's current cooperation with Sinotrans Container Lines in China/Europe service will remain unchanged.
