Evergreen and Lloyd Triestino announce a US alliance agreement

Evergreen Marine Corporation and Lloyd Triestino have filed a new alliance agreement on their American trade. It was filed with the Federal Maritime Commission on 12 January 2001 and became effective 45 days later on 26 February. The number is 011745.

The agreement consolidates the three existing space charter and vessel sharing arrangements already listed and approved by the FMC. It contains features that will enable both companies to share resources and generate greater efficiency.

The agreement is designed to provide the highest quality level of service that customers of Evergreen and Lloyd Triestino require to meet their transportation needs in the United States.
