Senator Lines, headquartered in Bremen, Germany, has completed integration with INTTRA, providing another avenue for innovative e-commerce shipping solutions to their customers. Senator Lines' customers will have access to INTTRA's suite of e-tools, including: tender, sailing schedules, booking, shipping instructions, Bills of Lading, track & trace, and reporting. Senator's customers will benefit from e-tools that further streamline their ocean shipping processes, saving them time and money and improving documentation data accuracy.
CEO Hans-Hermann Mohr of Senator Lines said, "In the scope of Senator Lines company policy, we have committed ourselves to offer efficient and the most modern online services. With INTTRA, we chose another highly qualified e-business feature for our customers to manage ocean cargo transactions." Hans-Hermann Mohr continued: "This is accomplished either through INTTRA's web-hosted portal solution, their offline desktop solution, or their single point of electronic connectivity. It is a further option besides the online facilities on our homepage, other e-platforms, and the implementation of direct interfaces for customers with extensive volumes and longstanding partnerships."
Ken Bloom, CEO of INTTRA, made these comments, "Many of our customers have requested that Senator Lines join the INTTRA portal. Senator's willingness to address their customers' needs is a clear sign of Senator's commitment to e-commerce solutions. Senator Lines and their customers will receive the strategic business benefits of INTTRA's e-commerce tools. We share the e-commerce vision of Senator Lines and are pleased to be a part of it."
